Istinye University, Selçuk Pharmacy Warehouse, Bozlu Art Project and Istanbul Ex-libris Association are organizing the 2nd International Ex-libris Congress at İstinye University on August 20-24, 2025.
The aim is to carry the point that Turkey has reached in ex-libris art to the international platform, to introduce our country, culture and art abroad through ex-libris, to create a cultural bridge between world countries, to evaluate original ex-libris works, to ensure the spread of ex-libris art and to encourage its creators. Ex-libris artists and collectors from nearly 40 countries will come together at the congress, exchange ex-libris and socialize with each other. Museums and exhibitions will be visited, a ferry tour will be taken on the Bosphorus and a gala dinner will be given.
The congress, exhibition opening and award ceremony will be held at Istinye University Vadi H Campus.

Friday, August 22 09:00 / Welcome speech by the Congress Organizing Committee Chair and Istinye University Rector, Vadi H Campus, Conference Hall.
10:00 / Award Ceremony and Opening of the 6th International Ex-libris Competition Exhibition.
11:00-16:00 / Ex-libris shopping continues. 17:00-18:00 / Round Table: “Ex-libris Collecting”. Istinye University, Vadi H Campus, Conference Hall.
